What the Kit is, and isn't
The Household Hiring Kit is a set of templates and checklists for your own household. It isn't a staffing service, a background check, a payroll service or legal advice. The sample agreement is a plain-English starting point, not a contract reviewed for your state.
We don't place workers, sell your details to agencies or take referral fees.

When will it be available?

Is the agreement legally binding?
An agreement you both sign records what you agreed, but we can't promise it covers every rule in your state. If you need certainty, have an employment lawyer review it.
Does it help with taxes?
The pay and hours log keeps the records you'll need, and the year-end page lists what to check. For the filing itself, see IRS Publication 926 or use a household payroll service or tax professional.
Will buying add me to marketing emails?
No. You'll get a receipt and a download link. The newsletter is a separate choice.
