Refund Policy

This policy covers the Household Hiring Kit, once available. Guides, the checklist, the Hiring Help Checklist PDF, accounts and the newsletter are free, so there is nothing to refund.

30 days, no questions

If the Kit isn't useful to you, email hello@househelpcrew.com within 30 days of purchase with the email address you ordered with, and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason or delete anything.

Download problems

If a file won't open or download, tell us and we'll send it another way. If we can't fix it, we'll refund you.

Billing mistakes and how refunds are paid

If you were charged incorrectly, we'll fix it, no matter how long ago it happened. Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider within 5 business days; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
